What type identifications are required?
State Law requires official documentation that states the identification of the person holding the card. Some examples are: Valid driver's license or non-driver's identification card, U.S. Passport, Foreign Passport stamped by U.S. Bureau of Citizenship, Driver or non-driver license issued by another state (Canada or Mexico), Military I.D., & I.D. issued by the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship (i.e. a Permanent Resident card). You may also provide two acceptable witnesses with proper identification that knows you.

Are witnesses required?
In some instances witnesses are required. The witness must be credible (impartial and believable). If the notary is to produce witnesses, additional fees will be applied. Contact us for details.

What if I'm requiring services outside of your normal business hours?
Our service is available outside of normal business hours, however a confirmed appointment is required. Issues of importance to both the signer and the notary would be considered and discussed prior to the appointment.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are Insured E&O and Surety Bond insured.

What are your terms and conditions?
We will schedule your appointment with you once the assignment is accepted by the agent. in an appropriate amount of time before your signing. There will be second confirmation either the night before or the morning of the appointment day depending on your scheduled time. All signers, including witnesses, must be on time for the appointment and have proper Identification. The Notary cannot wait beyond the scheduled time limit for signers who are not prepared if he or she has other appointments. All signer(s) must be in the presence of Notary at the time the notarial acts . There are no exceptions and late fees may apply.

Can you notarize documents outside of the state?
We are only allowed to administer notarial acts within the State of Georgia & Texas for now. However, we can notarize documents from other states as long as the Notarial Act is administered within those State lines. Until we are completely on available on the RON platforms.

Do customers walk in for service at your address?
We are online and mobile notary publics that travel to the customer's location to perform notarizations. As a mobile notary, we can meet at the client's home, office, or in a coffee shop to sign documents.

Can you notarize my real property documents?
Yes, we are Certified Notary Signing Agents that can perform this service. However, in attorney only states such as Georgia an attorney must be present or involved.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
Payment types in addition to Cash: Google Pay, Venom, Bank debits & transfers such as Zelle.
